Some activities require separate coverage: Inflatables & amusement rides, athletic participants (except bowling, golf tournaments, and walk-a-thons), firearms or fireworks, owned vehicles or aircraft.

Almost all of them. Fundraisers, galas, festivals, dinners, walk-a-thons, meetings, outreach, conferences, indoor or outdoor—all covered. If you’re not sure about a specific element of you event, call us before quoting and we’ll walk you through it.

Same day. When you complete and pay for your policy online, your Certificate of Insurance is generated and emailed immediately. You can add Additional Insureds, including your venue, directly from you account at any time. Unlimited certificates, no extra cost, no waiting. Custom wording requests are usually handled within one business day.

No. We insure nonprofit groups whether or not they have 501(c)(3) status, including informal, unincorporated, or in-process organizations. PTAs, PTOs, booster clubs, fraternal orders, hobby and dog clubs, and community service groups are all eligible.

The annual policy includes limits up to $2M/$2M, which is enough for most nonprofit events. If your event is unusually large or has specific needs such as very high guest counts, higher-limit venue requirements, or risks the annual liability doesn’t cover, a separate Special Event Insurance policy at specialeventinsurance.com can add coverage for that single event on top of your annual. Most nonprofits never need it; if you’re not sure, give us a call.
